Welcome to THIT 2027 – Transforming Healthcare with IT, scheduled to be held on 29-30 January 2027 at The Leela Ambience, Gurugram, Delhi NCR, India.
By registering for, attending, participating in, or accessing any part of THIT 2027, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Registration
Registration is subject to successful completion of the registration process and receipt of the applicable registration fee.
Each registration is intended for the individual named during registration and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the organisers.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
The organisers reserve the right to decline or cancel a registration where information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
Registration confirmation will be communicated through the email address and/or contact details provided during registration.
2. Registration Fees & Payment
Applicable registration fees are as displayed on the official THIT 2027 registration platform at the time of registration.
Early Bird, regular and other promotional registration rates are subject to their respective validity periods and availability.
All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per prevailing regulations.
Registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from the organisers.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that payment details and billing information provided during registration are accurate.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests, where applicable, must be submitted in writing through the official communication channel specified by the organisers.
Refund eligibility will be determined based on the applicable cancellation timeline and policy communicated at the time of registration.
Applicable payment gateway, transaction or administrative charges may be non-refundable.
No refund shall be applicable for non-attendance unless specifically provided for under the applicable refund policy.
The organisers reserve the right to modify or discontinue refund provisions where circumstances beyond their reasonable control affect the event.
4. Registration Transfer / Delegate Substitution
Requests for delegate substitution may be considered before the event, subject to approval by the organisers.
Substitution requests must be submitted through the official event communication channel.
The replacement delegate must meet the eligibility requirements of the original registration category.
Any difference in applicable registration fees or taxes shall be payable before the substitution is confirmed.
5. Event Programme & Speakers
The organisers will make reasonable efforts to deliver the programme, speakers and sessions as published.
The programme, speakers, session timings, venue arrangements and other event details are subject to change.
The organisers reserve the right to modify, postpone, replace or cancel any session, speaker or programme component where necessary.
Such changes shall not automatically entitle participants to a refund unless otherwise determined by the organisers.
6. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that THIT 2027 is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organisers, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, technical disruptions or other force majeure events:
The organisers will communicate the revised arrangements to registered participants as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where the event is rescheduled, existing registrations may be carried forward to the revised event date, subject to the terms communicated by the organisers.
Any refund or credit arrangement, where applicable, will be determined and communicated by the organisers based on the circumstances.
7. Photography, Video & Media
By attending THIT 2027, you acknowledge that photography, videography and audio recording may take place during the event.
The organisers may use photographs, videos, recordings and other event-related content featuring participants for legitimate event-related purposes, including:
Event promotion
Social media
Website and digital communication
Marketing and publicity materials
Post-event reports and publications
If you have a specific concern regarding the use of your image or recording, please contact the organisers through the official event communication channel.
8. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the event.
The organisers reserve the right to restrict or refuse participation, without refund, where an individual’s conduct:
Is disruptive, abusive, threatening or inappropriate;
Harasses or discriminates against another participant, speaker, staff member or partner;
Violates applicable laws or venue regulations; or
Interferes with the safety, security or experience of other attendees.
9. Intellectual Property
All event content, including presentations, session recordings, photographs, videos, graphics, branding, logos, written materials and other intellectual property associated with THIT 2027, remains the property of the respective owners.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or publish event content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
10. Third-Party Information & Services
THIT 2027 may feature sponsors, exhibitors, technology providers, partners and other third-party organisations.
The organisers do not necessarily endorse or guarantee the products, services, claims or representations made by third parties participating in or associated with the event.
Any interaction, transaction or engagement between a participant and a third party is undertaken at the participant’s discretion.
11. Personal Data & Privacy
Information collected during registration will be used for purposes related to:
Processing and managing event registration;
Communicating event updates and information;
Providing access to event services and facilities;
Issuing certificates, badges or other event materials where applicable; and
Managing event-related communications and administration.
Participant information may also be shared with relevant service providers or event partners where reasonably necessary to deliver the event.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy and laws.
12. Travel & Accommodation
Unless explicitly stated as part of a registration package, travel, accommodation, meals, insurance and other personal expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
Participants are advised to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements and verify applicable cancellation policies before making bookings.
13. Liability
The organisers will take reasonable measures to ensure the safe and smooth conduct of THIT 2027. However, the organisers shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, delay or disruption arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and travel arrangements during the event.
14. Changes to These Terms
The organisers reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
Any material changes will be communicated through the official THIT 2027 website or relevant event communication channels.
The Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of registration shall govern the participant’s registration, subject to any subsequent changes required by law or circumstances relating to the event.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your registration for THIT 2027, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with the policies, rules and guidelines applicable to the event.
