Registration for THIT 2027 – Transforming Healthcare with IT is considered confirmed once the payment has been completed.
All registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been made. Registration fees cannot be refunded for non-attendance, changes of plans, travel issues, personal circumstances, or any other reason.
In exceptional circumstances, the organiser may, at its sole discretion, consider a request to transfer the registration to another eligible participant or to a future edition/event. Any such consideration will be subject to approval and applicable terms.
The organiser reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, sessions, venue, or other programme details where necessary. Such changes will not ordinarily entitle the registrant to a refund.
