All payments made towards THIT 2027 – Transforming Healthcare with IT registrations are non-refundable.
Once the registration fee has been successfully paid, no refund, in full or in part, will be provided under any circumstances, including:
Non-attendance at the event
Change in personal or professional plans
Travel or accommodation-related issues
Visa or travel restrictions
Scheduling conflicts
Failure to attend any session or part of the event
Cancellation by the participant for any reason
In the event of an unsuccessful or failed transaction where the amount has been debited from the participant’s account, the transaction will be subject to the applicable payment gateway/banking process. Any eligible reversal will be handled through the relevant payment channel.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, the organiser will communicate the applicable resolution to registered participants separately.
