Now in its 13th edition, Transforming Healthcare with IT (THIT) continues its tradition of recognizing and celebrating outstanding contributions to healthcare improvement through its Paper Presentation Competition.
Transforming Healthcare with Information Technology (THIT) Scientific Committee welcomes delegates to submit abstracts of original work for oral and e-poster presentation at the 13th International Conference. The deadline for abstract submission is 30th November 2025. Prior Registration for the conference is mandatory. One author can submit a maximum of 2 abstracts.

* Open to delegates registered for the THIT 2026 Conference.
* Proof of registration must be submitted before abstract submission.
* Each author may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts.
* Abstracts must be original, not published or presented at any other conference.

* Notification of Acceptance: By 15 December 2025
Entry Fee
No entry fee. Conference registration is mandatory before submission (implying registration fee applies).
General Guidelines
All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online portal. Submissions sent via email will not be accepted.
To access the submission portal, authors must first create a unique username and password.
Submission of abstracts will be permitted only upon providing valid proof of conference registration.
Once an abstract has been formally submitted, no revisions or edits will be allowed. Authors may, however, choose to save their work as a draft if further modifications are required prior to final submission.
Authors are advised to click the “Submit” button only once when finalizing their submission. Abstracts left in the “Drafts” section will not be considered for review.
Notification of acceptance, along with detailed guidelines for e-poster presentation and oral (free paper) sessions, will be communicated to the corresponding author.
Requests to alter the mode of presentation (from e-poster to oral or vice versa) will not be entertained.
Abstract Guidelines
* The abstract must contain original content which is not published or presented at any other national or international conferences prior to THIT 2026.
* The official language for the conference is English; the abstracts must be submitted & presented in English only.
* The abstract should not be more than 250 words, which should be typed in the box provided on the online abstract submission page as given below, with the following subheadings:
* Option to upload jpeg / pdf will be found on the online abstract submission page. The system will not accept files which are more than 1 MB.
* While all accepted abstracts will be on display throughout the conference as ePosters, only selected abstracts will be accepted for additional oral presentation in the “Free paper session”. The free paper session is restricted to 6 papers of 10 mts each on Day 1 and to 6 papers of 10 mts each on Day 2. Hence the selection will follow very strict criteria. The last date for submission is November 30th, 2025. The online abstract submission facility will be disabled at midnight Nov 30th. Details of submissions accepted will be communicated by Dec 15th, 2025.
* The decision of the Scientific committee will be final.

By submitting the abstract, you agree to the following:
Recording and Photography Consent: You consent to the audio and/or video recording, photography, and live streaming of your presentation/session during Telemedicon 2025, including discussion by the conference organizers. These materials may be used for documentation, promotion, educational, and archival purposes.
Permission to Publish Abstract and Presentation Title: You grant permission to the organizers to publish your abstract, presentation title, speaker bio, and affiliation in the website, brochures, or other promotional materials.
Use of Presentation Materials: You allow the organizers to share your presentation slides on the official conference platform or archive (with appropriate credit), unless you notify the organizers otherwise in writing before the conference. THIT 2026 organizers will not be liable if any content is replicated and/or distributed/shared.
Originality and Responsibility: You affirm that your presentation content is your original work (or appropriately credited), does not infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights, and that you take full responsibility for its content. The copyright of content is retained by the speaker(s)/contributor(s), and the copyright in the recordings will be retained by Telemedicon 2025.
Code of Conduct: You agree to uphold professional conduct and respect diversity, inclusion, and respectful communication during your session.
Undertaking: By submitting your abstract and presentation, you agree that you own the copyright for images contained within slides and other presentation materials. If excerpts from copyrighted works are included, you have obtained written permission from the copyright owners and acknowledge the sources in the presentation. You also warrant that the presentation contains no libellous or unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, and that you will indemnify the conference organizer against any loss, injury, or expense arising out of any breach of this warranty.
