Aditi is the Project Officer for Learning Programmes at the IHF’s Geneva Sustainability Centre, where she designs and delivers content for healthcare leaders. She also co-created workflows to support GSC Certified Facilitators and develops content aligned with stakeholder requirements. Previously, as a senior speech-language pathologist she held clinical and management roles in the US, where her expertise was applied to developing policies, improving departmental quality and efficiency, supervising clinical staff and providing specialized pediatric evaluations and treatment for speech and language disorders.
